Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the MayaBooks service by PremiumAV Private Limited. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Direct online purchase (website plans)

When you buy MayaBooks access directly on this website — ₹4,999 for 1 Year, ₹9,999 for 3 Years, or ₹29,999 for Lifetime access, inclusive of applicable taxes — through our payment partner (card / UPI / net-banking):

  • Instant digital delivery — your subscription is activated online the moment payment succeeds (see the Delivery Policy below). There is no physical shipment.
  • Non-refundable once activated — because a successful payment delivers the selected access period instantly and in full, the fee is non-refundable once the subscription is activated. We do refund failed, duplicate or unauthorised charges, and any payment where activation did not complete on our side — just contact us and we'll refund it in full.
  • No auto-renewal, no auto-debit — we never store your card or charge you again; the plan simply expires at the end of its term unless you choose to renew.

2. Apple App Store purchases

Apple processes purchases made inside the MayaBooks iPhone, iPad and Mac apps. The price and currency shown by Apple at confirmation are authoritative. Apple also manages billing, cancellation and refund eligibility for those Store transactions. The 1 Year Apple plan auto-renews annually unless cancelled in Apple account settings; the 3 Years plan does not auto-renew, and Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase. If Apple confirms a payment but MayaBooks access is not activated, contact us so we can verify and restore the entitlement without charging you again.

3. Delivery & service policy

MayaBooks is a digital SaaS product delivered entirely online — there is no physical shipping. On a successful payment (in INR), your account / subscription is activated instantly and you can use all features immediately at books.maya123.com. If activation does not complete within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact us and we will resolve it.

4. Prepaid activation keys (alternative)

As an alternative to buying online, MayaBooks can also be activated with prepaid activation keys purchased from us or from an authorised seller — no card-on-file, no auto-debit. Validity from a key is added on top of whatever you already have.

5. Cancellation

  • You can stop using MayaBooks at any time — there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
  • Because access is prepaid, "cancelling" simply means not activating another key; your books stay accessible in read-only mode after expiry, and you can export your data anytime.
  • Your data remains yours: export to Excel/CSV, or back up to your own Google Drive/SFTP, before or after cancellation.

6. Refunds on activation keys

  • Unused (un-activated) keys bought directly from us: refundable in full within 7 days of purchase — write to us with the order/key details.
  • Activated keys: not refundable once redeemed, since the full validity is credited to your account immediately on activation.
  • Keys bought from an authorised seller: the seller's own refund process applies to the purchase; we can verify a key's unused status for the seller on request.
  • If a key fails to activate because of a fault on our side, we will fix the key, issue a replacement, or refund the purchase — your choice.

7. Service credit, not cash, for downtime

If a verified prolonged outage on our side eats into your paid validity, we extend your subscription by at least the affected period. We do not provide pro-rata cash refunds for partial months of use.

8. How to request a refund

Email maya@maya123.com from the email linked to your purchase, with the key/order reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
